Mini Sephora Haul

A couple weeks ago fellow blogger Jacquelyn from http://www.fabdiva20.com/ tweeted me that I had won her contest! It was like the best thing ever! I was having a bad day & she turned my frown upside down with a $50 Sephora gift certificate!  I finally got my package in the mail today, after stalking UPS (does anyone else do that too?). [SIDEBAR] Why is it that I live down the street from the UPS station & I got my package at 6pm? I hate that!

I ended up getting my Happy Birthday Beautiful body wash b/c my b-day is coming up! Woot Woot!

I took advantage of a deluxe sample Sephora was giving away of the Smashbox Halo Powder.

I got a Tarte Amazonian Blush in Exposed, ALTHOUGH I had a hard time deciding between Tipsy, Flush & Exposed.  I think I'll go back for the other 2 soon!

& I got my summer foundation, Bare Minerals in Golden Medium (original formula).  I love the way it makes my skin look & its a fast application for those days when I'm in a rush.  

AND I took advantage of the 3 samples & got 2 perfumes, b/c i need a new summer scent, Marc Jacobs Daisy & Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb. & the last sample was a Laura Mercier Skin Polish.

THOUGHTS ON ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS???

Sephora Haul

I am very much like my mom in the sense we rarely shop online.  After a month of her trying to find something on Amazon she gave up & gave me a giftcard someone gave her. WOOT WOOT!  For weeks I couldn't decide what I wanted to get.  WELL sephora has an Amazon store & when they got the URBAN DECAY Naked palette back in stock I placed an order on some essentials.

 

 Acqua di Gioia has been on my wishlist for a while know so i figured why not pick up the biggest size.  Its such a light scent but it lingers even until the next day. Perfect for spring & summer.

Benefit Hoola has been raved about by many in the beauty world I gave in and so far I am not disappointed.  It a MATTE bronzer which I love! & the color is perfect not orange at all.

Makeup Forever Mist & Fix is a staple of mine that I needed to replenish.

Makeup Forever HD Foundation has the BEST color selection. My skintone is very hard to match because I'm very light right now BUT my undertone is yellow olive & it irks me to no end when foundation isn't seemless.  I wanted to purchase NARS sheer glow BUT ultimately went with this one because I was in between colors in NARS.

Stila Trendsetting in Tokyo was only $10 & thats all i had left on the giftcard so i figured why not.  I have always been a fan on Stila's convertible colors. 

Urban Decay Naked palette ... EHHH the verdict is still out on this for me.  I feel like i bought into the hype.  Its not love for me like everyone else claims.

Minx Nails by OPI?

We've all seen them probably on one of your favorite artists, and some of us even lust for them.



and now OPI for Sephora have released Chic Prints. They're patches of prints that were created by MINX and some celebrities for us to have on our nails too. Its not a concept we haven't seen before but now they come in prints. They are limited edition and come in 8 different prints. They are $15 but according to some of the reviews on the Sephora website they only last about 2 days.

So will some of you be purchasing them???
