My summertime go to.  Well it didn't get much love this summer until I randomly woke up NEEDING to wear it. I just had the urge to bust out a red lip. Simple eyes, lots of lash & a crisp bold lip.

Runway Red

I've had this lipstick for weeks and didn't bother to touch it.  Im so into red lips right now tho.  This is the perfect fall red.  Somewhat deep but still red. I dont usually repeat looks within a week but I did almost the same look within days, that's how much I love this lipstick.

For both looks I used the same face products. My foundation of choice lately has been MUFE HD #120.  My concealer is always a mix of MAC Select Cover-UP NC20/30.  & my finishing powder is a touch of MAC prep & prime loose. & I don't forget bronzer! IDK if it's the jersey in me or what but I use bronzer EVERYDAY. Aside from blush, it makes me look alive! My current favorite is the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil.

Lady Danger

Probably my favorite or in the top 5 of lipsticks is Lady Danger.  Its one of those instant feel good colors.  Brightens up your mood in an instant type of colors. A classic color that pops when the face is kept clean & simple. A must have for warmer toned ladies as it does have an orange undertone.

Belated

I meant to post this up BEFORE Christmas but this got hectic and I got caught up...  IDK if i'll post the tutorial I haven't even uploaded it to my computer.  *sigh*  I hope to get one more tutorial up before New Years, maybe today or tomorrow since we are getting a "blizzard" ...

The Takeover

Its offically fall.  Has been for some days now, but today I got up feeling like it was a red lip kinda day.  Not just any red lip, Ruby Woo was calling out to me.  See me and Ruby Woo go way back.  She was the first MAC lipstick I ever purchased.  Before her I only had clear glosses.  Shows you how daring I was,  My 1st lipstick ever was red.  I had no real clue about undertones and all that jazz back than but I knew it would work.  Where Lady Danger is my spring/summer go to red,  Once the wind blows colder and the leaves start falling, Ruby Woo takes over.

Lady Danger

Sorry for the lack of posts we had a heat wave and i didn't really do any make-up and like last night when i did my make-up to go out i thought it looked shitty but it looked go this morning when i got home lmao! Anyways this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE red lip combo!  My love affair with MAC lady danger lipstick began years ago, before i even wore lipstick, when i read somewhere that Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera wore them religiously!  Once i finally wore it it's been my favorite lipstick ever since.

I wore this on Sunday the last day of the world cup.  Red Lips were my way of cheering on Spain for the win and they did! So congrats to any Spain fans!
